Serif Releases PhotoPlus X3 Digital Studio

Serif has released an updated version of their PhotoPlus software.  It is another alternative to PhotoShop in the under $100 price range.

Features in this version include raw image processing, dynamic range imaging, the ability to work with 48-bit photos, as well as various photo correction tools.
