The PhotoTools 1.0 Professional Edition plugin uses Photoshop actions to provide a complete library of 250 effects created by Kevin Kubota and Jack Davis. The effects can be previewed, stacked and blended together, with a batch processing engine making it possible to apply the effects to multiple images.
