AKVIS Decorator Texture Painting Plugin Updated

This plugin is designed to make it easy to apply a new color or texture to a selected area on an image that follows the underlying features of the object, such as its folds, creases and lighting, to provide a realistic replacement.

The software is typically used by designers to provide clients with a range of product variations but is also useful for the designer who simply wants to quickly apply colors and textures to a selected area. The plugin comes with a built-in texture collection consisting of more than 1700 textures, from fabric to stones and metal, from food to animal fur and flowers, and it’s also possible to apply any jpg file as a texture. Version 1.6 adds support for Italian and Portuguese, and fixes a variety of bugs. The plugin works with Mac and PC Photoshop-compatible applications, and can be purchased for $54 on the AKVIS site. A trial version is also available for download.
