Adobe is Shipping Creative Suite 3 Production Premium and Master Collection

These are the last two packages of Adobe’s Creative Suite 3 family. The first of them were shipped in April 2007.

Adobe Production Premium is positioned as a complete post-production solution for video professionals, and includes Photoshop Extended, Illustrator, Flash Professional, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Sound Booth and Encore. Adobe Premiere Pro CS3 has been enhanced through the addition of such functionality as support for new formats and a Time Remapping tool for improving slow motion and variable speed effects.

After Effects CS3 benefits from new Shape Layers for drawing and animating vector shapes; a Puppet tool for stretching and manipulating 2D images as lifelike animations; and a Brainstorm tool for generating and previewing animation variations interactively. Soundbooth CS3 makes it possible for the non-professional to clean up recordings, polish voiceovers, customize music and adjust sound effects.

ATher’s also a Master Collection, which packs all of the Creative Suite 3 applications into a single box. These two Suites also include Dynamic Link, OnLocation and Ultra, the latter two only for Windows.

Adobe Creative Suite 3 Master Collection is available on the Adobe site for $1,699, while the Master Suite is priced at $2,499. Trial versions of many of the included applications are available for download.
