 One of the widespread and talked about pano makers is PT Assembler - an interface bringing together a set of panorama editing programs. Pt Assembler is the most manual oriented program of all I reviewd in this series. Thus organized it should be very attractive for professionals, or just people with profound experience in panorama stitiching. For amateurs and beginners like me Pt Assembler may become a complicated riddle. but let us have a better look.

The program can export ready panoramas to both simple image formats and online (Java, QuickTime), can add hot links so useful for online publication and video tours, and can print multi-page panoramas as posters.

Autopano Pro

autopano proAutopano Pro is a program, as its title suggests, that intends to make the panorama making process as automatic as possible. The success of such intention can be provided by good planning and appropriate settings.
You can plan starting from the import of images. The images can be chosen manually or you can specify a folder and Autopano Pro will automatically check it for panoramic images at every opening. You set the guidelines for it though through a browse folder dialogue window.

Panorama FactoryThe Panorama Factory by Smoke Sity Design is one of the number of panorama creating programs. It allows creating of cyllindric and spherical panoramas, has a fine tuning option, and auto and fully manual modes.
The interface of the program and the workflow are not too complex and allow all kinds of users to create perfect panorama images. For perfect images auto mode is useful, more complex images can benefit from manual mode.
The workflow is organized in two modes. You can run a wisard that will walk you through in steps and give you clues for what to do at each of them. Once got used to the program you’ll be able to do on your own in the usuall and more traditional way with classic interface. the Panorama Factory help also has step by step instruction for this interface.

ArcSoft Panorama Maker ProArcsoft Panorama Maker Pro is an image stiching program automatically producing seemless panoramas which can be used for sharing, printing, or sending to a webpage. It works both under Windows and Mac (Mac doesn’t support raw format at the point).

The program interface and workflow are extremely uncomplicated and intuitive. Every workflow step and required action is either obvious or explained by pictograms and pictures.

The workflow is organized in stages with every action having a separate screen. Thus you have few controls in each of the screens and all the controls refer exactly to the action you are to perform at the moment. This makes the program absolutely clear and understandable.

ADG Panorama Pro

ADG Panorama ProADG Panorama Pro is quite a powerful tool for panorama creation. It can produce good images in automatic regime with minimal manual fine tuning.
The Interface of the program is completely self explanatory and very simple. All necessary funcions are put at the top bar as pictograms. All the control is given to the mouse and hot keys. No sliders or number boxes are involved.
